Blueberry Pie

Ingredients (for 6 people):
- 150 g fresh blueberries or thawed
Pastry:
- 250 g flour
- 125 g sugar
- 125 g butter
- 1 whole egg
- 1 egg yolk
Almond cream:
- 75 g almond powder
- 75 g of sugar
- 65 g butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 50 g flour

PREPARATION:


Start by preparing the pastry. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix with your fingers to form a ball of dough. Mix until all the pieces of butter.

When the dough is homogeneous, a ball, put it in aluminum foil, and let stand at least 1 hour in refrigerator.

Meanwhile, prepare the almond cream:
In a bowl, add sugar and eggs and mix.

Add the eggs, flour, melted butter, and finally ground almonds.

When the pastry is ready, spread it and then settle to the bottom of a pie pan.

Divide the blueberries and sprinkle with sugar. Pour the almond cream (blueberries may be more or less apparent ...). Bake 1 hour in a hot oven (190 ° - thermostat 6/7)
