Traditional thick apple pancakeIngredients for 2 pasteras: - 2 apples - 80g flour - 1 packet of vanilla sugar - 2 eggs - 20cl single cream - Vanilla flavor - 1 pinch of salt PREPARATION: Peel the apples and cut into small cubes. Fry in a little butter in a frying pan, they should caramelize slightly. Leave in the pan and set aside. In a bowl, mix the flour, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. Make a well and add the eggs, mix gently until the dough is smooth. Add the cream and vanilla aroma. Pour into the pan over the apples and cook over low heat. Once pasteras cooked on one side turn it and cook a little longer. Sprinkle with sugar and serve hot.
